Reception, evaluation and orientation of RSA beneficiaries

Summary

This tender concerns establishing a single-supplier framework agreement for the evaluation and orientation of RSA beneficiaries. The objective is to inform RSA beneficiaries about their rights and duties; assess their skills through socio-professional diagnostics and using relevant tools; identify the goals and actions required for returning to employment; and direct beneficiaries to a service provider and support their insertion pathway using the Viesion tool. The contract is a mono-award framework agreement with one supplier; the estimated total contract amount is EUR 1,334,000 excluding VAT; the maximum annual expenditure is EUR 667,000. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for a period of one year, and is automatically extendable for one additional year, up to a maximum total duration of two years. The procurement is financed in part by the European Social Fund (ESF).
