Provision, installation and maintenance of computer workstation equipment

Summary

This procurement concerns Lot 4 of a framework agreement for Val d'Oise Numérique, covering the supply, deployment in volume and maintenance of computer workstation equipment, including desktops, laptops, and touch terminals (excluding mobile phones) with associated services and accessories. It supports Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Android and/or Linux to enable creation, renewal or homogenization of workstation fleets. The initial term is one year, with up to three automatic renewals, and the total duration must not exceed four years. The maximum annual value is EUR 80,000,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is conducted under a framework agreement with call-for-tenders as per the CCAP; further conditions are set out in the tender documents.
