Supply and delivery of work clothing and personal protective equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of work clothing and personal protective equipment for the territory of La Domitienne. The contract is divided into four lots: Lot 1 – work clothing; Lot 2 – high-visibility PPE; Lot 3 – footwear; Lot 4 – personal protective equipment. Evaluation criteria are: price (40 points), technical value (30 points), delivery times (20 points) and environmental performance (10 points). The initial contract term is 12 months from 1 January 2027 or contract notification, whichever is earlier, with possible renewals up to three times for one year each, not exceeding four years. Samples are mandatory. Budgets: Lot 1 – 1,000 to 5,800 EUR per year; Lot 2 – 5,000 to 38,600 EUR per year; Lot 3 – 1,000 to 3,800 EUR per year; Lot 4 – 600 to 4,800 EUR per year.
