Renovation of sanitary facilities at the MSA Saint Brieuc site

Summary

This procurement concerns the rehabilitation/renovation of sanitary facilities at the MSA Saint Brieuc site. The works are located at 12 Rue de Paimpont, 22 000 Saint Brieuc and are divided into nine lots: 01 Desamiantage; 02 Demolition / Gros Œuvre; 03 Cloisons / Doublages / Faux-plafonds / Menuiseries intérieures / Menuiseries extérieres; 04 Revêtement sols souples - faïence; 05 Peintures; 06 Plomberie / Chauffage / Ventilation; 07 Electricité; 08 VRD; 09 Nettoyage. The contract runs for about 10 months with an objective of completion by January 2028. A mandatory site visit is required (29–30 September 2026). The contract will be governed by CCAP and CCTP documents; a social inclusion clause applies to all lots, including measures to provide employment and training opportunities for targeted groups.
