PROJECT 05 - TECHNICAL AND REGULATORY CONFORMITY WORKS OF THE MONOBLOCK OF THE VILLENEUVE-SAINT-GEORGES INTERCOMMUNAL HOSPITAL CENTER - LOT 04C SMOKE EXTRACTION

Summary

This tender concerns the finalization of the smoke extraction (desenfumage) works for Lot 04C of the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges Intercommunal Hospital Centre monoblock. The contract follows the liquidation of the initial contractor and is conducted under an adapted MAPA procedure. The works cover completion and testing of smoke extraction networks and related installations in the existing IGH building, including electrical/SSI work and DOE; site visits are mandatory. Bidders must demonstrate organization and manpower and provide prior experience; responses are in the CRT. The project is planned to start in Q4 2026 and last about six months per tranche.
