Waste collection for the personalised public entity Opéra National de Bordeaux
Summary
The tender covers the collection, removal and treatment of waste at three Opéra National de Bordeaux sites: the Grand Théâtre, the Auditorium and the scenic workshops. It is a single-supplier framework agreement performed through purchase orders; the initial term is 24 months from 1 January 2027 or from a later notification date, and it may be renewed up to two times for 12 months, for a maximum total duration of four years. The maximum total contract value is EUR 110,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum of EUR 55,000 for the initial period and EUR 27,500 for each renewal period. The contractor must provide and maintain containers, carry out collections and ensure compliant waste treatment, including traceability for hazardous waste. For sawdust, the tender must provide a closed sliding container of at least 15 m³ compatible with the existing suction system; a separately priced variant for automatic sawdust distribution may also be submitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 12:00. A mandatory site visit will take place on 30 September 2026 at 08:30, and the visit certificate must accompany the tender. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40%), technical quality (30%), and environmental and social quality (30%).
