Framework agreement for the supply of cleaning products and equipment for the City of Fourmies and the CCAS

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of cleaning products and small maintenance equipment for the City of Fourmies’ nursery and primary schools, sports facilities, office and storage premises, catering support sites and a residential building, as well as for the CCAS and the Jules Lassalle residential care home. The supply does not include specialist swimming-pool treatment products and equipment, machines, spare parts, floor-cleaning discs or vacuum cleaners. The estimated framework agreement value is EUR 114,000; the maximum annual order value is EUR 50,000 for the City and EUR 7,000 for the CCAS and residential care home, excluding VAT. The agreement lasts 12 months from 1 January 2027, may be renewed once and may not exceed a total duration of two years, ending no later than 31 December 2028. Tenders must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on technical quality and sample testing at 50%, supply price at 35%, environmental performance at 10%, the quality and availability of a single contact and support service at 2.5%, and delivery times at 2.5%.
