Summary
The tender concerns road and utility network works for the Trélazé–Loire Authion cycle route in the Angers Loire Métropole area. The works will last 30 months and are divided into three lots: the Branly/Pasteur/Andard Road area, the RD area outside the urban area, and the station area. Bidders must provide turnover information, references from the last three years, and information on their workforce and management staff; Lot 1 requires COFRAC accreditation for asbestos work under sub-section 3. The evaluation weighting is 55% price, 35% technical value, and 10% environmental criteria. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 14:00. The contracting authority may negotiate, but may also award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
