Supplementary social protection (2 lots)

Summary

The tender concerns supplementary social protection insurance services for the employees of Île-de-France Mobilités, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers supplementary health insurance and Lot 2 covers supplementary disability and death-risk insurance. A bidder may tender for one, several or both lots, but must submit a separate tender for each lot and may submit only one tender per lot. The contracts are planned for six years: Lot 1 from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2033 and Lot 2 from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2033. The insurer must organise the transition and implementation of new enrolments before the relevant effective date. The tender deadline is 16 September 2026 at 13:00, and electronic submission is required. Tenders will be evaluated using three award criteria: nature and extent of the guarantees, coefficient 3; price, coefficient 4; and claims and contribution-management procedures and additional services, coefficient 3. The company must be able to submit a compliant price offer, describe its insurance and claims-management arrangements, and meet confidentiality and personal-data protection requirements.
