Hydraulic and ecological restoration of the downstream sections of the Cadoule and Aigue Vive and associated marshes – design and project-management services

Summary

The tender concerns design and project-management services for the hydraulic and ecological restoration of the downstream sections of the Cadoule and Aigue Vive rivers and the associated marshes. The contract is divided into phases covering ancillary assistance and project-management tasks for short-term works, preparation of studies and regulatory files, project-management tasks for medium-term works, and an information submission for the short-term phase. The estimated works budgets are EUR 450,000 excluding VAT for the short-term works and EUR 1.8 million excluding VAT for the medium-term works. The study area covers the Plagnol and Cros Martin marshes and the downstream sections of the Cadoule and Aigue Vive, in the municipalities of Mauguio, Candillargues and Mudaison. Evaluation is based on the proposed methodology (35%), the organisation, composition and qualifications of the assigned personnel (30%), price (30%) and environmental protection performance (5%). The contract includes environmental and social performance conditions, and reservations or non-compliance may make a tender irregular.
