Construction of the sports palace at the Meilleraie site in Cholet – Lots 4, 9, 11–18, 22 and 24–26

Summary

The tender covers construction of a new sports palace and its external landscaping in Cholet. It is divided into lots for façades, signage, painting, suspended ceilings, sports flooring, resilient floor coverings, tiling and ceramic finishes, sports equipment, stands, seating, lifting equipment, landscaping, photovoltaic systems and site logistics. The main sports hall will provide more than 6,000 seats, and the estimated construction period is 28 months, including preparation, public holidays, leave and 10 weather days.
