Owner’s representative consultancy services for extensions and renovation of public buildings and redevelopment of municipal roads

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring intellectual owner’s representative consultancy services under a multi-supplier framework agreement for public-building extensions and renovations and for the redevelopment of municipal roads in the Seine-et-Marne department. The procurement is divided into four lots: public buildings, north and south sectors, and municipal roads, north and south sectors. Each lot may have up to two framework contractors, with no minimum value. The offer is evaluated on price (40 points), technical quality (55 points) and environmental value (5 points). A technical score below 27 out of 55 is excluded from the final ranking.
