Guarding and remote surveillance services

Summary

The open procedure concerns guarding and remote surveillance services for the Loire hospital group. The procurement is divided into four lots: guarding in the Saint-Étienne area, guarding for Roanne Hospital, remote surveillance for the Saint-Étienne university hospital and Georges Claudinon Hospital, and order-based guarding for Le Corbusier Hospital and the Monts du Lyonnais hospitals. A bidder may apply for one or more lots. The tender must include the required administrative, financial and technical information. The contract is initially for 12 months from 19 December 2026 or the later notification date, with up to three tacit renewals and a maximum total duration of 48 months. Certain order-based framework lots have a maximum total value of EUR 4,000,000 excluding VAT. Electronic invoicing through the official French invoicing portal is required. The tender documents also require liability insurance, compliance with technical specifications, data protection, confidentiality, labour-law and security obligations, and submission of the required candidate and technical forms.
