Design and project management services for roads and public spaces

Summary

The tender concerns a multi-supplier framework agreement for design and project management services relating to roads, public spaces and infrastructure in Saint-Louis. It is divided into four lots: redevelopment of existing roads and public spaces, new roads and utility networks, hydraulics and stormwater or flood-prone areas, and various studies and ad hoc assignments. No service is ordered or paid for when the framework agreement itself is concluded; later contracts may be awarded under the framework.
