Thermal renovation of Rouget de Lisle College's classroom building – design and construction management services

Summary

The tender concerns design and construction management services for major energy-efficiency renovation works at the classroom building of Rouget de Lisle College in Charleville-Mézières. The project aims to achieve the tertiary-sector energy performance target by 2050, corresponding to a 60% reduction compared with the reference-year consumption. The contract is a single-lot service contract divided into 13 mission phases and is expected to last 26 months. The successful team will cover architectural, thermal engineering and structural engineering services, including design studies, assistance with construction procurement, review of compliance, construction supervision, acceptance assistance, diagnostics, coordination, fire-safety and thermal studies, energy assessment and grant assistance.
