Summary

The tender concerns remote surveillance and guarding services in the departmental buildings of Moselle. It is a single-supplier framework agreement under which orders may be issued for up to four years from 1 January 2027 or from notification of the contract if that occurs later. The procurement is divided into four lots, and a tender may be submitted for all four lots. The four-year maximum value is EUR 680,000 excluding VAT: EUR 500,000 for Lot 1, EUR 60,000 for Lot 2, EUR 60,000 for Lot 3 and EUR 60,000 for Lot 4. For Lot 1, a mandatory site visit is required on 22 September 2026 at 14:00 in Metz, and the tender should account for the visit certificate. The award criteria are technical value at 55%, price at 40% and environmental performance at 5%. A 315-hour social clause also applies to Lot 1.
