Preventive conservation and programming consultancy for the creation of a conservation centre

Summary

The tender concerns an owner’s assistance service for creating a conservation centre. The work includes diagnosing the condition of heritage collections and analysing data, recommending treatment, transfer and conservation measures, preparing tender specifications for identifying a site, and analysing sites proposed by the contracting authority. The service covers the collections of the city museum, libraries and municipal archives, and the anticipated contract duration is 24 months. The first three tasks will be carried out in phases with estimated durations of 19, 9 and 4 weeks respectively; for the fourth task, an additional 8 weeks applies for each site analysed. For the fourth task, a single-provider framework agreement based on purchase orders will be concluded, with no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 35,000 excluding VAT.
