Private security, guarding and fire safety services

Summary

The procurement covers private security, guarding and fire safety services for various sites, buildings and events of the City of Epernay and Epernay Agglo Champagne. The services include site and equipment security, guarding, verification of suspicious situations, fire safety, surveillance of the municipal campsite, waste collection centres and business areas, event security, screening, access control and public information. The procurement is divided into two lots: securing sites and equipment outside events, and securing events. Bidders may tender for both lots. Each lot will be awarded as a framework agreement to one economic operator and may be renewed for up to three additional 12-month periods, with a maximum total duration of 48 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 14 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are price at 40%, quality at 50% and sustainable development at 10%.
