Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for legal advisory services divided into five separate lots: public law, social and family law together with health and social care law, environmental law, civil law relating to property, and intellectual property and information and digital law. The agreement will initially run for one year from notification and may be renewed three times for one year at a time, for a maximum total duration of four years. The maximum ex-VAT values for the full contract term are EUR 80,000, EUR 80,000, EUR 40,000, EUR 25,000 and EUR 50,000 respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 16:00.
