Periodic technical inspections of the City's installations and equipment

Summary

The tender covers periodic technical inspections of the City's installations and equipment in six lots: heating, gas and electrical installations, mobile equipment and large kitchens; lifting and transport equipment, scaffolding and podiums; playgrounds; machine tools; climbing walls, climbing personal protective equipment and sports goals; and twice-yearly inspections of sports goals. Tenders may be submitted for up to six lots, and the six lots may be covered by a framework agreement with a maximum of one operator. The tender must be submitted electronically with the required electronic signature by 15 October 2026 at 12:00. The lots generally provide for an initial 12-month period, with three automatic renewals for several lots, for a maximum duration of four years. E-invoicing is required and electronic catalogue submission is not permitted. The tender validity period is 180 days.
