Management, maintenance and upkeep of CAMVS reception areas for Travellers

Summary

The tender covers the management, maintenance and upkeep of reception areas for Travellers across the CAMVS territory. The main scope concerns four areas in Louvroil, Feignies, Jeumont and Aulnoye-Aymeries, with a total of 78 places, and includes social support for users. The services include managing arrivals and departures, site supervision, collecting occupation fees and deposits, handling unauthorised stopping, cleaning, grounds maintenance, technical repairs, reporting and, where necessary, arranging area closures. The contract runs for 3 years and may be renewed once for 1 additional year. Three conditional tranches are also included: management of a small stopping area, management of a temporary relief area during rehabilitation works, and management and maintenance of a rental family site. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 40% of the evaluation, technical quality 50% and environmental awareness 10%.
