Production of the “Talent(s)” magazine

Summary

The tender covers production of the CCI du Loiret’s “Talent(s)” magazine in two lots. Lot 1 covers editorial services, design and layout, printing and mailing; Lot 2 covers the sale and management of advertising space, advertiser relations, technical monitoring of advertising insertions and collection of advertising revenue on behalf of and for the account of CCI du Loiret. Lot 1 is a single-supplier framework agreement with a maximum total value of EUR 440,000 excluding VAT for the full term, including renewals. Both lots initially run for 12 months and may be tacitly renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 15:30. Bidders must submit the required application documents, tender, technical memorandum and environmental and corporate social responsibility memorandum. For Lot 1, the award criteria are technical quality at 60% and price at 40%; for Lot 2, technical quality is weighted at 60% and the financial proposal at 40%.
