Supply, preparation, delivery and installation of floral arrangements, plant decorations and related services for the Île-de-France region

Summary

The tender covers the supply, preparation, installation and delivery of floral arrangements, plant decorations, bouquets, wreaths, funeral sprays, table decorations, orchid and lily-of-the-valley arrangements, and Christmas trees for the needs of the Île-de-France region. It is a single-supplier framework agreement executed through orders at unit prices; the annual maximum is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT, with a 12-month term and three possible 12-month extensions. Deliveries may take place throughout Île-de-France seven days a week and, for urgent orders, at short notice; exceptionally, deliveries may also be required elsewhere in France and abroad. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are price at 60%, technical value at 30%, and social and environmental performance at 10%. Participation requires evidence of business registration, turnover and employee figures for the last three years, insurance cover, and all required application and tender documents. Mandatory social and environmental requirements apply during contract performance.
