Project management assistance for works addressing unhealthy housing conditions

Summary

This is a six-lot framework agreement for project management assistance and client advisory services relating to works required by prefectural orders to remedy health and safety problems in housing, including lead hazards, damp, mould, leaks, inadequate ventilation and other insanitary conditions. The services cover advising owners, planning and procuring works, and preparing and monitoring works carried out by the State in substitution for defaulting owners. The services will be delivered in Paris and the seven surrounding departments of the Île-de-France region. The initial term is 12 months and may be extended three times for 12 months each. The tender deadline is 14 October 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must demonstrate sufficient turnover, relevant previous experience, a competent team, insurance and technical resources, and submit the required technical tender. Technical quality accounts for 70% and price for 30% of the evaluation.
