Travel and parking surveys in the Toulouse Métropole area – 2026 to 2030

Summary

Toulouse Métropole is procuring travel and parking survey services under a framework agreement for 2026–2030. The procurement is divided into two lots: travel surveys, including traffic counts, origin-destination surveys, video analysis, travel-time surveys and interviews, and parking surveys covering the occupancy and turnover of parking spaces. Services will be ordered as needed through purchase orders and paid at unit prices. The estimated total value is EUR 2,000,000, comprising EUR 1,400,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 600,000 for Lot 2.
