Restricted design competition for the renovation and extension of the pharmacy, mortuary, ambulatory surgery unit and laundry at Châteaudun Hospital

Summary

This is a restricted design competition for the renovation and extension of the pharmacy, mortuary, ambulatory surgery unit and laundry at Châteaudun Hospital. The project includes approximately 260 m² of new construction, including 140 m² of modular buildings, and the refurbishment of approximately 1,360 m². The estimated construction cost is approximately EUR 3,300,000 excluding VAT, with an indicative construction period of 18 months. Three candidates will be admitted to the competition phase. Candidates are expected to provide a suitably composed and competent team, adequate financial capacity and relevant references from the last five years. The tender must be submitted electronically. Projects will be assessed on architectural, functional, technical, environmental and financial quality, compliance with the required areas and adherence to the schedule. Each compliant competing team will receive a prize of EUR 13,500 excluding VAT; for the winner, the prize will be treated as an advance against the fee for the sketch design service under the design contract.
