Regulatory analyses of emissions from VALTOM and its members’ facilities

Summary

The tender concerns regulatory analyses of emissions from VALTOM and its members’ facilities and is divided into three lots: liquid effluents, gaseous effluents and diffuse-emission mapping. The services are planned to start on 1 January 2027, last 12 months and be extendable up to three times. A bidder may submit a tender for, and may be awarded, up to three lots; variants are not allowed. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Tenders must remain valid for six months, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
