Security guarding services for municipal buildings and city-led events

Summary

The procurement covers security guarding services for Antibes municipal buildings, facilities and city-led events through a framework agreement divided into four lots. Lots 1–3 concern Fort Carré and its surroundings, the Picasso Museum Castle and the Municipal Nautical Stadium; lot 4 covers occasional guarding at other municipal sites and during city-led events. The framework agreement will last up to 48 months, starting on 1 January 2027 or on the later notification date, and may be renewed annually up to three times, but not beyond 31 December 2030. The tender deadline is 21 September 2026 at 14:00. For lots 1–3, a site visit is mandatory before preparing the tender and is available until 11 September 2026. The award criteria are technical quality at 55%, price at 40% and environmental performance at 5%. A mandatory environmental condition applies during contract performance, and electronic invoicing is required. The total estimated value is EUR 1,540,000 and the maximum framework value is EUR 3,000,000.
