Summary

The tender concerns an institutional support service to help Groupe Hospitalier Fondation Vallée – Paul Guiraud reduce the use of coercive measures and improve the quality and safety of care, respect for patients’ rights and dignity, crisis prevention, de-escalation and post-crisis practices, employees’ quality of working life and working conditions, and the collective adoption of good practices. The contract will run for 12 months from notification and may be renewed twice for 12 months each. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 7 October 2026 at 12:00.
