Technical inspections and construction safety coordination services

Summary

The City of Blagnac is conducting an open procedure for a framework agreement covering technical inspections of construction works and construction safety coordination services. The procurement is divided into two separate lots: technical inspections of the city’s construction works and safety coordination for the city’s construction works. Bidders may submit for both lots, and both lots may be awarded to the same bidder. The framework agreement will initially run for one year from 1 January 2027, or from the notification date if later, and may be renewed three times for one year at a time. Lot 1 has a minimum value of EUR 30,000 and a maximum value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT per period; Lot 2 has a minimum value of EUR 10,000 and a maximum value of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per period. The estimated total value is EUR 1,200,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical quality at 30%, environmental performance at 5% and price at 65%. Variants are permitted and the tender validity period is four months.
