Seasonal concessions at the lake beaches, Rosny Park and the seafront promenade

Summary

The tender concerns 12 concessions for seasonal commercial activities on public land in Soorts-Hossegor: water-sports equipment rental, snack services, children’s beach clubs, catering without table service, a children’s carousel and the sale of sweets and non-alcoholic drinks for takeaway. Contracts run for three years from 15 January 2027 and may be expressly renewed once for a further three years. A tenderer may apply for a maximum of two lots, but may be awarded no more than one. Applications and offers must be submitted electronically in French by 30 October 2026 at 12:00. The offer must include a detailed operating plan, financial forecasts, equipment and staffing information, environmental measures and the signed concession agreement. The award criteria are commercial offer quality (50%), relevant professional experience (25%) and financial value (25%).
