Owner’s assistance for the creation and integration of artworks – Metro Lines C and CLB

Summary

The tender concerns project management and owner’s assistance for the creation and integration of artworks connected with Metro Lines C and CLB in the Toulouse metropolitan area. The contractor will translate artistic concepts into technical documentation, assist with consulting and selecting works contractors, coordinate the artists, architects, engineers and other participants, support integration into ongoing construction projects, monitor execution through acceptance, and manage the defects-liability period. The firm tranche covers assistance with contracting works for 13 artworks and owner’s assistance during execution for 19 artworks on Line C. Nine optional tranches cover additional stations and artworks. The indicative start date is 21 December 2026 and the planned duration is 48 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Offers will be evaluated on price (40%), technical quality (50%) and environmental performance (10%).
