Energy performance contract and energy supply, operation and maintenance of heating, domestic hot water, air-conditioning and air-treatment installations

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of energy, operation, maintenance and energy-efficiency investments for the heating, domestic hot water, air-conditioning and air-treatment installations at EHPAD Effiat. The services include, among other things, the supply of natural gas, pellets and electricity, system operation and monitoring, routine maintenance, temperature guarantees, regulatory inspections and replacement of defective equipment. It also includes a major maintenance and renewal programme, together with an incentive payment for achieved heating savings and commitments regarding comfort temperatures and consumption targets. The planned contract duration is 10 years. The estimated total value is EUR 1,480,000 and the maximum amount is EUR 1,880,000; the estimated values are EUR 1,103,000 for P1, EUR 120,000 for P2, EUR 58,000 for P3R and EUR 200,000 for P3P, with a P3P ceiling of EUR 600,000 excluding VAT. The tender must be submitted electronically by 22:00 on 15 October 2026.
