Topographical services and property expertise relating to the assets of the Collectivity of Corsica

Summary

The procurement concerns a six-lot framework agreement for topographical services, property expertise, land research and property-related plans and surveys for the assets of the Collectivity of Corsica. The services cover, among other things, acquisitions, disposals, exchanges, boundary alignments, boundary surveys, rights of way, disputes and land regularisation, as well as property valuations and transfer-related valuations in southern and northern Corsica. A bidder may submit tenders for up to six lots and may be awarded a maximum of two lots. The framework agreement will run for 48 months, with a maximum value per lot ranging from EUR 20,000 to EUR 140,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical quality at 70% and price at 30%.
