Regulatory inspections of vehicles, two-wheelers, onboard equipment and lifting equipment

Summary

The procurement concerns a four-year framework agreement for regulatory inspections of vehicles, two-wheelers, onboard equipment and lifting equipment for the Grand Reims urban community, the City of Reims and other purchasing-centre members. It is divided into five lots, and bidders may apply for one or more lots: light vehicles, utility vehicles and two-wheelers; heavy goods vehicles and coaches; onboard and workshop lifting equipment; vehicle-mounted fire extinguishers; and vehicle-mounted breathalysers. The framework agreement has no minimum value and maximum values of EUR 150,000, EUR 100,000, EUR 80,000, EUR 60,000 and EUR 30,000 excluding VAT respectively. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 9 October 2026 at 17:00. The award criteria are price, technical quality, sustainable-development performance and, for lots 1, 2 and 5, response time.
