Support services and implementation of international actions

Summary

The tender concerns a single-supplier framework agreement for supporting and implementing international activities that promote the internationalisation of companies and strategic sectors in the Pays de la Loire region. The services may include market research, sector analyses, strategic planning, business and trade missions, meeting programmes, organising participation in trade fairs, international promotion, market prospecting, and connecting with partners and investors in France and abroad. The framework agreement will initially run for 12 months and may be tacitly renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. The minimum value for 12 months is EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum value is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. Services may be ordered through purchase orders or subsequent contracts using a lump-sum price, unit prices or mixed pricing. The tender must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. An electronic signature is required, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
