Thermal renovation of Rouget de Lisle College's external building – design services

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive energy-efficiency renovation of the external building of Rouget de Lisle College in Charleville-Mézières and the related design and contract-management services. The objective is to achieve a 60% reduction in energy consumption by 2050 compared with the reference year. The single-lot, 26-month service covers 13 stages, from preliminary and detailed design and preparation of construction procurements to construction management, handover assistance, diagnostics, thermal studies, fire safety, waste and grant-related tasks.
