Energy renovation of Cachin Elementary School and extension and restructuring of the school dining hall in Choisy-le-Roi

Summary

The tender concerns architectural and engineering design and management services for the energy renovation of Cachin Elementary School in Choisy-le-Roi and the extension and restructuring of its school dining hall. The services include diagnostics, concept and preliminary design, detailed design, preparation of construction tenders, construction management, supervision, acceptance assistance and, if required, scheduling and coordination of the works. The project has two components: energy renovation of the elementary school and replacement of the existing modular dining facility together with an extension of the food preparation area; the estimated construction cost is EUR 3,500,000 excluding VAT.
