Supply of medical gases and related consumables – ULISS joint procurement

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of medical gases and related consumables under the ULISS joint procurement. It is a multi-operator framework agreement performed through orders, with no minimum quantity or value. The procurement is divided into five regional lots: Corsica, Côte d’Azur, Rhône Valley, Occitania and Auvergne. The annual maximum values are EUR 175,000, EUR 370,000, EUR 330,000, EUR 395,000 and EUR 265,000 excluding VAT respectively, for a combined maximum of EUR 1,535,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers must provide the technical dossier, pricing information and required samples; a traceability software demonstration may also be assessed where applicable. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40%), technical value (45%), logistics organisation (5%) and environmental value (10%).
