Project management for works on public electricity distribution, public lighting and electronic communications networks

Summary

The tender concerns project management services for works involving the reinforcement, underground installation and extension of public electricity distribution networks, public lighting networks and civil engineering for electronic communications networks, divided into six geographical lots. Electricity and electronic communications services cover the municipalities of the Vosges department except La Bresse; public lighting services cover only municipalities that have transferred the relevant optional competence to SDEV. This is a multi-award framework agreement, running from 1 January to 31 December 2027, or from the date of notification if later, with three possible one-year extensions. The total annual maximum is EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT; the lot maxima are EUR 310,000, EUR 300,000, EUR 320,000, EUR 620,000, EUR 270,000 and EUR 180,000 excluding VAT. A tenderer may be awarded one, several or all lots. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 16 October 2026 at 11:00. The technical quality of the tender carries 50 points and the price criteria carry 50 points; a tender must score more than 70 points to qualify for inclusion among the framework agreement contractors for a lot. The tender must include the required application and technical documents and comply fully with the procurement documents.
