Guarding, surveillance and fire-safety services

Summary

The tender concerns guarding, surveillance and fire-safety services for three University of Haute-Alsace campuses in Mulhouse. It is divided into three lots: human security at the Illberg campus; guarding and surveillance of the Collines campus, including remote monitoring and patrols; and fire-safety, remote monitoring, surveillance and guarding services for the La Fonderie building. The planned service period generally starts on 1 November 2026 and runs until 2030, with up to three extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 7 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to three lots may be submitted for and awarded to one bidder. The award criteria are price (50%), technical value (40%) and environmental and social quality (10%).
