Provision, marking and delivery of English test results for students of the University of Strasbourg – Re-tender, Lot 2: Professional English proficiency test (TOEIC)

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for providing, marking and delivering professional English proficiency test results of the TOEIC type to students of the University of Strasbourg. The initial period runs until 4 September 2027 and may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods. There is no minimum amount; the maximum value is EUR 180,000 for each period and EUR 720,000 over the full four-year term. Most students will take the test remotely at home or another suitable location; students without the required equipment or sufficient bandwidth may take it in a university room, with supervision provided by the university. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 12:00.
