Flatbed digitisation services for Paris Musées heritage collections

Summary

Paris Musées is procuring flatbed digitisation services for heritage works from its collections through three single-supplier framework-agreement lots: photographic collections, graphic-art collections, and archive, press, printed-document and inventory-register collections. The framework is performed through purchase orders and subsequent contracts, has a maximum value of EUR 360,000 excluding VAT per lot, and may run for one year with three one-year extensions, up to four years in total. The supplier must plan and perform high-quality digitisation, including preparation, handling, transport where required, capture, post-processing, metadata, quality control, reporting and secure delivery.
