Insurance services
Summary
The Commune of Combrit-Saint-Marine is procuring insurance services through an open procedure, divided into six lots: property and related risks for the municipality, property and related risks for the port, civil liability and related risks, motor fleet and related risks, legal protection, and pleasure craft insurance. The contract is scheduled to start on 1 January 2027 and may run for a maximum of four years. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 17:00. Bidders must submit a separate, independent offer for each lot, including a mandatory priced base offer. Optional variants may be submitted for most lots; the legal protection lot accepts only the base offer. Offers are valid for 180 days. They must be in French and priced in euros. The administrative and offer files must be separated, and the required insurance, licensing, financial, experience and corporate-responsibility evidence must be provided. Offers will be evaluated on technical value (60%) and cost (40%). The technical assessment considers the scope and limitations of the proposed coverage, specific deductibles and the insurer’s responsible-investment and risk-prevention approach. For most lots, the cost calculation combines the annual premium with the expected financial impact of deductibles.
