Technical and regulatory-compliance inspections of measurement and self-monitoring equipment in MEL wastewater systems (3 lots)

Summary

The tender concerns technical, metrological and regulatory-compliance inspections of measurement and self-monitoring equipment in wastewater collection and treatment systems operated for the European Metropolis of Lille. It is a four-year single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, divided into three lots. Electronic tenders must be submitted by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Lot 3 is not open to operators managing wastewater treatment plants for the contracting authority. The award criteria are price weighted at 60% and technical quality at 40% for Lot 1, and technical quality weighted at 60% and price at 40% for Lots 2 and 3.
