Summary

The tender concerns the design and implementation of the exhibition design, object plinths, signage and graphic elements for the exhibition “Oceania. Beings of the Water” at the Centre de la Vieille Charité in Marseille. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers exhibition design, lighting planning, construction of scenographic elements and plinths, installation management, dismantling and restoration; Lot 2 covers the design, production and installation of signage and graphics, including texts, panels, maps, timelines, facsimiles and directional signs. The exhibition is scheduled to run from 9 April 2027 to 12 September 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 16:00. Variants are not permitted, electronic signing is required and electronic invoicing is required. Tenderers may submit bids for and be awarded both lots.
