Framework agreement for emergency accommodation nights for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the Centre-Val de Loire region
Summary
The tender concerns a multi-supplier framework agreement for emergency accommodation nights provided by hotels to disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the Centre-Val de Loire region. It is divided into six geographical lots covering Cher, Eure-et-Loir, Indre, Indre-et-Loire, Loir-et-Cher and Loiret. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots, and the framework agreement may have up to 10 suppliers per lot. The framework agreement has an initial duration of 12 months and may be renewed three times for 12 months, up to a total of 48 months. The overall maximum value is EUR 3,801,636 excluding VAT over four years, with separate maximum amounts for each lot. Orders will be issued as needs arise, using a cascade arrangement based on the ranking of bids. There is no guaranteed minimum volume. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 5 October 2026 at 12:00 Paris time. The bid must include the completed commitment document, the unit-price schedule for each lot, the completed technical response framework, accommodation photographs and the public price catalogue, safety documentation, bank details and any required powers of representation. Price accounts for 45%, technical value for 40% and environmental value for 15%. Variants are not permitted.
