Summary

The tender concerns road transport services for perishable blood products, biological samples and various healthcare products for the Réunion Hospital Group. It is divided into 4 lots covering inter-hospital links in Réunion, links between the South University Hospital and its external sites, links involving Mayotte and/or the Comoros, and links to mainland France and Europe. The framework agreement is planned to start on 1 January 2027 for 48 months, with up to 3 tacit 12-month renewals. The maximum total order value is EUR 11,052,000 excluding VAT; the amended estimated value for lot 2 is EUR 2,128,000 excluding VAT.
