Summary

The tender concerns a single-supplier framework agreement for document coordination and deliverable monitoring for construction projects of the Île-de-France road authority. The supplier must provide, configure, administer, operate and maintain a collaborative document-management and project-control platform, including document classification, metadata, version control, approval workflows, access rights, reporting, user support, backups, security, continuity and data reversibility.
