Publication and distribution of the City of Lyon municipal magazine

Summary

The City of Lyon is procuring publication and distribution services for its municipal magazine and the magazine of the 8th arrondissement through mixed single-supplier framework agreements. The procurement has four lots: magazine layout and photo retouching; paper, printing, finishing and delivery; delivery to all mailboxes; and placement at locations open to the public.
